Jul 17, 2008 Emerson Serial Numbers I have an Emerson EF1 flute and was wondering what year it was manufactured, but I can't find a way to contact Emerson. They're owned by Conn-Selmer so they have serial numbers for the other brands on their site, but not Emerson and the contact FAQ question says to ask your local dealer.
So I recently got my piccolo! We had to take it to the shop to get some repairs done, though. Apparently it has the wrong type of pads, so even though they're new we'll have to eventually get all of the pads replaced for three hundred dollars.
My dad said we could do that later. While it was at the shop, it had to stay overnight because there was a horrid leak he couldn't fix right then. So he wanted the serial number, right? He looked all over the piccolo and couldn't find one! My piccolo doesn't have a serial number. Anyone heard of this with Emerson Piccolos? It's kind of worrying.?
